Tanalith E The
Tanalith E is pressure treated timber, pale
green in colour, is a new generation timber
which is a proven alternative to traditional CCA
treated timber. Tanalith E can be used with
confidence for timbers used both in and out of
ground contact applications, with 15 to 60 year
desired service life.

Tanatone Tanatone is pressure
treated timber with built-in colour and has all
the preservative benefits of Tanalith E treated
timber but with a rich brown colouration. This
timber is ideal for fencing and landscaping
applications, with the added luxury of not
needing to use brush application for

insect attack, for both in and out of ground
applications and provides a 15-year warranty.
Tanalith® E treated timber requires no painting
or staining to maintain its preservative
properties, however decorative coatings can be
applied if required, as can brush on water

limited by guarantee and not-for-profit
membership-based organisation. TRADA's origins
go back nearly 70 years and its name is

diverse membership encompassing companies and

TDA
The Timber
Decking Association (TDA) is an advisory and
technical organisation formed to help homeowners
and design professionals source high quality and
performance timber decks. All of the companies
that make up the TDA have the skill and
experience to help you make the most of wood out
of doors and to create decks and structures with
a long and trouble free life. The TDA has
established best practice design and
installation procedures and also operates the
Deck Mark™ quality assurance scheme for the
materials used in deck construction or the
quality of design and installation companies.
Deck Mark is independent evidence that the high
standards set by the TDA are being adhered to.
