Hardwood doors
STP supply two ranges of Hardwood doors. Our doors are manufactured to offer several Grade "A" doors which are made using the traditional mortice and tenon method of construction. By this means you can choose the most appropriate type for the application you have in mind. It will suit its purpose perfectly - and suit yours too.
Our range of hardwood doors are manufactured to include the following features.
They are manufactured in Meranti Hardwood.
Feature doors have raised and fielded panels to both sides.
All panel doors are manufactured to include 6mm Mahogany type B/BB plywood panels.
Glazing beads supplied pre-mitred and pinned.
Each door in our range is manufactured to strict quality specifications that ensure continuity throughout the range and ensure maximum durability and long life. |

   Special feature glass
STP are now able to supply a comprehensive range of special feature glass to complement our external hardwood feature doors. All the glass designs are intended to enhance the natural appearance of the door and to add a touch of style to the entrance of any home. All glass packs are made using "Minstral" type glass which is designed to meet safety regulations.
In addition to the coloured glass designs we offer a range of beveled glass packs to suit certain door designs and new range of triple glazed units to suit our Richmond, Acacia and Victoria external hardwood doors. |

Hemlock Doors
STP offers one of the most comprehensive ranges of high quality British-made Hemlock doors for both internal and external use.
The doors are manufactured from first-class Hemlock and include the following design specifications:
Stub mortice & Tenon Construction
Made from Clear Vertical Grain Door Stock
Solid Raised and Fielded Panels & 6mm Mahogany Type B/BB Plywood Panels
External doors are treated against fungal decay & rot.
STP's Hemlock doors in common with all STP doors and window products, are ideally suited to both new-build and refurbishment applications. Each of the products is designed with the user in mind and is sure to give many years of trouble free use.

Redwood doors
STP offers a range of many different Redwood doors in a whole host of styles and sizes which are bound to suit any application that you have in mind. The range includes both feature and panel doors, all of which are manufactured to the highest possible quality protection against rot or insect attack and a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Manufactured in STP's highly efficient factories, all Redwood doors are made from Group 1 European Redwood using the stub mortice and tenon construction method. Our feature doors are either solid raised and fielded panels or solid panels with bolection mould and are manufactured to meet all NHBC requirements. All internal doors shown are made from kiln-dried Redwood that has been carefully selected to provide good stability in use. This is an important characteristic for modern centrally heated homes and will ensure that your door stays as beautiful throughout its life as it is on day that you purchase it.

Louvre and Ranch Doors
STP's louvre and ranch doors are ideal to make an interesting or practical feature in any home. With a range of more than 55 size to choose from we're sure that we will be able to meet all your needs.
These doors can be used in a whole host of applications such as wardrobe doors, airing cupboards or entrances to utility rooms.
If you have never before experienced the convenience of either louvre or ranch doors, perhaps now is the time to try them.
All STP louvre doors are supplied in their natural state. They are suitable for staining, varnishing or painting. In common with other internal doors they can also be decorated using interesting techniques such as rag rolling, marbling or sponging, each of which will liven up the interior of your home.

  Internal & External Flush Doors
STP offers one of today's most comprehensive ranges of Flush doors for internal and external use in commercial and domestic applications.
The range includes many different door types, in all the popular sizes, from which you can choose the door that will look best in your home, office or factory. From simple Sapele to classic grained panelled and elegant porto Oak to the Bi-fold, each door in the flush range has its own unique features that make it more like a piece of furniture rather than simply a practical item. Flush doors can be used for entrances and interior doors, while some models are suitable for use as wardrobe doors. Certified Fire Doors
All STP fire doors and frames are certified within the BWF CERTIFIRE scheme, giving you the peace of mind that all our products will perform to internationally accepted standards. Do not rely on promises, always check that the door or frame which you want to use can meet the required specification. With STP this is a simple task. You just need to check the label on the door, assure yourself that it's appropriate for your needs and then follow the installation instructions supplied.
Today all fire doors are rated for there integrity of performance alone (with the prefix FD) - for example FD30 or FD60 indicating half hour or one hour fire resistant.
The STP range of fire doors is suitable for a wide range of different applications and each door has been designed with your safety in mind. Our range includes 60 minutes or 30 minutes fire resistance ratings for plywood, veneered and moulded doors. This means that a safe and practical door can also be a thing of beauty not simply utilitarian. |

  Patio Doors
STP patio doors offer all you could want from an attractive entrance to your home or garden. Available in aluminum, PVC or hardwood, our range will suit the requirements of any modern home owner or builder.
Designed and manufactured with both practicality and long life in mind, STP patio doors are all double glazed and fitted with high quality mechanisms to ensure a long life. The Royal door collection, singularly well accepted by specifiers as the door most appropriate for properties of distinction, whether it be homes, offices, hotels or public buildings and used extensively by award-winnings builders.
The widest range of models and sizes available ex-stock in Oak, Crown Cut Sapele and Cherry.
Other wood-types are available to older, ie. Ash, Beech, Bubinga, Cherry, Etimoe, Iroko, Maple, Mansonia, Mongoy, Spanish and Carolina Pines, Walnut, Burr Oak and Burr Walnut.
All doors can supplied to special sizes or configurations, including matching wardrobes sets.
An expensive range of FD30 half-hour fire rated versions together with Certifire Product Conformity Certification are offered with impressive test evidence giving the broadest possible scope in use, including pairs, glazed or unglazed and double acting.

Our exclusive range of luxury flush doors are designed to give an impression of a panel door through the clever use of veneer inlays - which creates the illusion.

Opera
Quality interior oak, both beautiful and light in weight
Solid engineered construction, with a core of MDF or other species timbers to improve stability.

'BB' Doors
"BB" can mean either 'Best Buy' or 'Balanced Board'. The versatility and market potential of this fresh outstanding product is proving enormous, becoming a top volume seller within 12 months of its introduction.
This cottage-style door with a 9mm thick-boarded appearance on both sides is a construction which affords good stability, even in centrally heated conditions.
Having thickness of 35mm or 42mm they fit readily into normal frame rebates and can take normal door furniture.
Even the internal doors are constructed using waterproof glues and can, with proper protection, be used externally. |

Village
The sales of these cottage styles doors just continues to grow especially for use in barn conversions and similar projects.
The FD30 fire rating capability of the 'Yoxall' really has opened up the prospect of using these doors in virtually any development. Being made from Cerejeria, a timber currently in vogue is just added to its popularity.
Offered in Cerejeria, a timber very similar to oak. Supplied unvarnished to facilitate a stained oak finish.
Thickness 35mm, being ideal for straight replacement into existing frames or as new. Yoxall FD30 45mm thick.
Anslow has attractive studded ledges on one side.
Yoxall and Tutbury have no ledges or braces with full thickness boarding looking the same both sides. |

Clear pine
Quality pine doors represent an economic alternative equivalent solid timber doors. Fine sanded for stain or paint.
Premier pine
An outstanding and exclusive new design concept adding a greater quality and style than has been achieved in pine doors before.
The more expensive similar looking doors on the market cannot boast most of the following features.
Flat panels with no veneer joints.
A wide border moulding round each panel flush to the door face for improved appearance.
Unique glazing system allows glass to be easily removed through a slot in the top of the door either for ease of decorating or to change to an alternative glass.
Etched tempered safety glass supplied in the door. Certificate No BR03/798-SGS ICS.
System enables panel mould to suite through to the glazed panels for a classier appearance.
A small bead of glazing silicone can be applied around glass panel if desired. |

Oak exterior
High quality External Oak Entrance Doors are manufactured using and engineered construction to give extra stability. Each door has raised mouldings to both sides and incorporates silicone sealed tri-glazed units with inner brass camings to facilitate easier cleaning.
  Rustic-style external doors made in oak
For those who wish to create a more traditional entrance, these solid oak boarded doors are the answer. Both are decoratively pre-glazed and ready to accept a finish of your choice.

Tri-glazed exterior hardwood doors
The well established tri-glazed range manufactured from solid hardwood but now with the addition of a matching universal sidelight. Each door has raised mouldings to one side and incorporates silicone sealed tri-glazed units with inner brass camings to facilitate easier cleaning.
   'Orchid' exterior red hardwood
A new set of tri-glazed designs to add sparkle and give a makeover to tired front entrances. Our exclusive 'Orchid' glass design incorporating zinc camings uses colour with subtlety. 'String' sidelights with matching glass complement most models in the range and can be reduced from 457mm to 356mm to fit. |

Semi-solid pine cores, therefore more robust and heavier weight.
Rotary cut pine or hardwood veneers (few joints). Sold as paint grade but will stain up beautifully.
Large 'T' lippings in matching pine or hardwood, veneered over so do not show on face.
Lippings are substantial and provide good scope for size reduction or to edge rebate to form pairs.
Lock blocks both sides.
